Erica Brady-Gitlin practices in the areas of tax law, and estate planning. In her tax practice, Erica represents individuals and organizations seeking to resolve tax controversies with the IRS and state and local tax authorities. She represents clients litigating tax disputes in Federal and state courts. Erica also represents clients in collection matters.

Erica also represents clients at all stages of IRS whistleblower claims. Erica has the skill and knowledge to help clients provide the information to the IRS and to guide them through the whistleblower process with the IRS.

Erica is an active member of the California, New York, DC, and Maryland Bar Associations. Erica is an active member of the Taxation Section of the American Bar Association and is currently a vice chair of the Administrative Practice Committee.
