USA Canoe/Kayak, an arm of the United States Olympic Committee, has just announced that Longman & Van Grack Attorney Adam Van Grack has been awarded the 2015 Havens Leadership Award.
Each year, the USA Canoe/Kayak Board of Directors recognizes a select individual with practices and behaviors that best serve the interests and success of USA Canoe/Kayak for the annual Havens Leadership Award. Adam not only works with athletes and recreation organizations as part of Longman & Van Grack’s Sports and Recreation Law Group, but Adam is also currently head of the U.S. Olympic Center of Excellence for Canoe/Kayak, Potomac Whitewater Racing Center. We are thrilled for Adam’s recognition for his dedication to the sport of Canoe/Kayak and the USA Olympic Team.

In a press release, USA Canoe/Kayak and the American Canoe Association has asked for people from across the country to acknowledge this achievement at their Annual Banquet & Awards Ceremony this weekend in conjunction with this weekend’s Coaching & Leadership Assembly.
