Longman & Van Grack Hosts Business Law Event with Rockville Chamber of Commerce

On Tuesday, March 15, 2021, attorneys from Longman & Van Grack will be hosting a “Lunch & Learn” Event for the Rockville Chamber of Commerce on Legal Advice for Businesses Attorneys Robb Longman and Adam Van Grack will discuss many different legal concerns and legal issues that businesses should be aware of in order to ensure their success and avoid problems. The event will occur at 12:00 PM at at Trapezaria Mediterranean Kuzina in downtown Rockville.  Among the issues that attorneys from Longman & Van Grack will discuss for the Rockville Chamber of Commerce are the following: contracts, filing compliance, lawsuits, corporate protection, employment agreements, employee manuals, releases given and received, record preservation, and state compliance.
